Psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic psychotherapy in 1170 Wien

Yelena Gielessen, BA. pth.

Psychoanalysis can not only help people with mental illnesses, but also people who feel depressed in their personal development and who want to gain more inner freedom and understand their inner world better.

What is psychoanalysis?

Psychoanalysis is made up of the word elements psyche and analysis. Both words are borrowed from ancient Greek. Psyche means “breathing, breath” - relating to the soul and analysis means “dissection” in the sense of investigation and unraveling of the soul. Depending on the context, psychoanalysis is a psychological theory, a cultural theory, a psychotherapeutic treatment method as well as a method for introspecting one's own experience and behavior. Psychoanalysis was developed and institutionalized by the Viennese neurologist Sigmund Freud around 1890.

Unconscious mental processes have a profound influence on our thinking, experience and behavior and can cause psychological and physical symptoms. Cultural trends are also strongly influenced by unconscious forces.

Psychoanalysis and psychoanalytically oriented psychotherapy are particularly suitable as treatment methods to make mental processes, which are not available for self-observation, tangible and understandable. Experience and understanding enable you to change attitudes towards yourself and others, both at work and in society.

The psychoanalytic method is a work for two, between the analysist and the analyst. The analyst is aware of some unconscious aspects of his functioning and psychological difficulties that he will experience emotionally in relationships with his analyst. In analysis this is called Transfer. I am a very powerful and important tool. The intensity of the counseling, the frequency of the hours and the duration of the counseling are conditions that are influenced by the emergence and development of an unconscious process in psychoanalytic counseling.

Psychoanalysis is aimed at adults as well as adolescents and children. The power of psychoanalysis lies in its immense stability.

Arthur Schopenhauer, the philosopher who is considered one of the pioneers for Freudian psychoanalysis, writes in his work - The World as Will and Representation - ABOUT INSANITY: "The real health of the mind consists in the full reminiscence." [Chapter 32]

Dynamind - WHAT IS THAT?

Dynamind Technique or DMT is a safe, simple, quick and effective treatment based on a special mix of words, touch, breath and sometimes pictures. It was designed so that most people could use it on their own to relieve most conditions in under an hour, most of the time. It can also be used in combination with other procedures to help all people in all conditions at different times. All healing comes from within. DMT by itself does not heal anything, but it does help prepare the mind and body to facilitate healing. It has been shown to be effective in treating a wide variety of physical, emotional, and mental disorders, and more and more disorders are being verified every day by an international team of practitioners.

How does it Work?

The effectiveness of the dynamic technique is based on the theory that all physical, emotional and mental problems are associated with excessive stress in the body. The theory suggests that stress builds up in layers with focal points that cause certain symptoms. Healing occurs when stressed layers are relaxed. According to the same theory, when the body is in a state of dynamic tension - a wave-like cycle of tension and relaxation - when unusual stress occurs, the body immediately and automatically goes into healing mode. As long as the dynamic state is maintained, healing occurs very quickly. In this state, the mind also quickly recovers from stress, and emotional disturbances are temporary and moderate. When the body gets into a state of static tension - a cycle of resistance building that forms walls - the healing response is blocked, allowing disease and dysfunction, confusion and negative thinking, or anger and fear to flourish. Any method that helps the body move from a static to a dynamic state of stress will release or stimulate the body's natural response to healing. You don't have to accept theory to use Dynamind effectively.

Variation

DMT can be used alone or in combination with any other conventional, alternative, or additional treatment. It can be used by both children and adults and is also used successfully in the treatment of animals. Dynamind is easy to learn and easy to use. You don't have to accept a belief system or philosophy for it to work, and in fact, it works even if you don't believe in it. However, an active negative attitude will reduce the impact. You can use it for yourself and share it with family, friends and those who need it.
